Usually quite dry, the Los Angeles River had a nice flow when this photo was taken. This section is located at the San Fernando Valley Road exit, past Elysian Park. Graffiti can be seen on the walls and columns below the bridge, and railroad tracks as well as transformers are also visible along the length of the basin on either side of the River. A large dark cloud looms overhead.
