The watkins home, situated on the University of Kansas campus, housed the nurses who worked in the Watkins hospital (seen behind Watkins home in the older photo), which is now the school of social welfare. It stopped housing nurses in 1974 and had other uses until 2005 and now is an apparent storage buidling.
