Western Theater, with street decorations to celebrate its opening in 1931.The entire 1931 French Zig-Zag Moderne style complex, which includes ground floor businesses (some visible here), the Warner Bros. Western Theater (later the Wiltern Theatre), and the Pellissier Building, was designed by Stiles O. Clements and is a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument.
