At the corner of Bukhara and Amir Temur today is high-rise modern building Beeline company. In the past, this place was quite popular among fans of the Tashkent Theatrical iskusstva.V early twentieth century, there appeared a variety theater "Buff", structures in the then fashionable architectural Art Nouveau, decorated distinctive décor, with the main entrance to the Moskovsky Prospect (current street Amir Temur). Storey theater "Buff" was built from soundly Turkestan brownish-yellow brick and successfully entered into the ensemble of theater buildings and motion picture that has emerged in this part of town.
