Originally a Gothic church, rebuilt in the Baroque style. A rectangular, pentagonal presbytery with a rectangular sacristy on the north side was connected to the rectangular nave on the east. Adjacent to the western facade was a prismatic tower topped with an elliptical broken cornice and a bulbous roof. The nave was illuminated by rectangular, segmental arched windows. A late Gothic rectangular portal was broken in the south wall. The nave and the sacristy were flat-ceilinged, the Gothic rib vault was preserved in the presbytery. The main altar was baroque from the 18th century, the interior furnishings came mainly from the first half of the 18th century. The church was sold to the mines by contract dated 28 June 1972, and two years later its monument protection was revoked. The liquidation of the church was started on 1/4/1974 and completed on 31/7/1975.
