The Quad at Whittier shopping mall, located at 13502 Whittier Boulevard view is looking southeast. Visible streets are Laurel Avenue (upper left to top right) Whittier Boulevard (upper left to bottom right corner) and Painter Avenue (middle to upper right). Photograph dated August 6, 1957.The Quad at Whittier shopping mall was built in 1953 and expanded in 1965. After being destroyed by an earthquake in 1987, it was rebuilt as a strip mall.
