View of Los Angeles' Central Receiving Hospital on Loma Street which will replace the 30-year-old Georgia Street Receiving Hospital in the near future. City engineers are making final inspection of the $1,500,000 facility. If it passes the tests, it will be turned over to the city next month and be ready for occupancy by June 1. Architects are H.C. Chambers and Lester Hibbard. Photo dated: April 23, 1957.
