View is looking at Washington Blvd, west of 3rd Ave. There are numerous buildings advertising everything from auto supplies, candies, ice cream, used cars, real estate, dry cleaning, a drug store, batteries, etc. Several automobiles and a trolley are pictured traveling to and from the Boulevard, as well as parked along both sides of the street. A large billboard with a caricature of a man advertises Western Auto Supply Co. with a caption that reads: "More than 125 stores all over the west".
