Aerial view of the Tidewater Oil Co. building construction site, located at 4201 Wilshire Boulevard view is looking northeast. Wilshire Boulevard horizontally at middle Crenshaw Boulevard is lower right corner to middle Bronson Avenue is lower right to middle, and Norton Avenue is middle right stopping at Wilshire Blvd. The street paralleling Wilshire that dips toward upper right is 6th Street. The architects for Tidewater Oil Co. are Claude Beelman and Associates with Bethlehem Pacific - steel frame fabricators and builders and C.L. Peck Construction and Realty Co. - general contractors. Right of center are the Los Altos Apartments and Perino's. Photograph was taken for Pioneer Flintkote on October 29, 1958.
