Seen are a Foster and Kleiser billboard for Signal Gas, various businesses (center and right), a chiropractor's office, Memory Lane restaurant (right of center), and streetcar tracks. Santa Barbara Avenue was renamed Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard in 1983. From 1981-1999, actress Marla Gibbs operated Marla's Memory Lane at 2323 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, in the former Memory Lane restaurant seen here.
