Hellman, located on the northeast corner (right side) of Broadway looking north towards 2nd St. Note the cable car tracks with trolley wire overhead-only done between 1893-1898. On past the Hellman building on the right is the old City Hall. On the left side the large building on the corner was the Davine Bldg.
