A view of the Hellman Building, erected by Isaias W. Hellman, located on the northeast corner (right side) of Broadway looking north towards 2nd St. Note the cable car tracks with trolley wire overhead-only done between 1893-1898. On past the Hellman building on the right is the old City Hall. On the left side the large building on the corner was the Davine Bldg.
