New trees and plants have been added throughout the Civic Center Mall, which is backed by the Hall of Administration, seen in the background. For many years the building was simply known as the Hall of Administration, located at 500 West Temple Street. To honor of Kenneth Hahn, a 40-year member of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, the hall was renamed Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration. Photo dated: May 14, 1966.
