Looking southwest across Grand Avenue and 1st Street from the 9th floor of the Los Angeles County Courthouse (later renamed the Stanley Mosk Courthouse). Seen are the Minnewaska Hotel, also known as the Dome Apartments, the Atlantic Richfield Building, Bunker Hill Avenue at 2nd Street, boardinghouses, office buildings and various commercial structures. Dated March 21, 1962.
