Exterior view of the Beaux Arts Globe Theater, located at 744 South Broadway in downtown. At the time this photograph was taken, the theater was showing Spanish-language films. Opened in 1913 by Oliver Morosco, this theater was designed to serve as an elegant dramatic play house, which included special touches, such as special rows of seats to accomodate larger patrons.
