Aerial photograph showing the Foster and Kleiser Company plant, located at 1550 W. Washington Blvd. (running diagonally from upper left to right) at Vermont Avenue (upper left) view is looking northwest. Photograph dated May 6, 1967. In 1918, the Foster and Kleiser Los Angeles Branch opened at 230 S. San Pedro Street near Civic Center in 1920, the plant moved to the location seen here. The Foster and Kleiser plant structures and some neighboring ones have since been demolished. In 2007, West Adams Preparatory High School opened on the site of the former plant.
